EMPOWER - Business Oriented Young Women NOW FULL! - For signed up attendees only.

The EMPOWER "Business Oriented Young Women" Erasmus+ project aims to help young women who want to become entrepreneurs, women who want to learn how to run their own business, unemployed women who seek to enter the labour market, and, of course, women who wish to improve their entrepreneurial and IT competences.

These groups, along with women entrepreneurs, policy makers, business angels and everyone interested are invited to an event at Park Beach Hotel, Limassol, on Tuesday 16th January 2024, at 3pm-5pm. The event is co-hosted by Wisefour and Cyprus International Women of Today (CIWOT is a community service organisation). The project is co-funded by the European Union Erasmus+ Programme and this event is free to participants.

The EMPOWER project has developed an eLearning platform and an innovative training programme with free access to all!

The objectives of the project are:

To offer young women the motivation to start a business

To exchange good practices - and digital training in entrepreneurial skills.

To provide employment guidance and tailor-made training

To give young women access to relevant networks

To supply participants with advice on financial support

To support gender equality, women's empowerment and job creation for young women.

This training aims to advance and promote competitiveness, economic diversification, and

sustainable development, while empowering women in the workplace.
