Green Peas with Meat (goat or lamb)

Ingredients • 1 kilo of meat cubed • 1 kilo of peas (frozen is perfect) • 1 onion • Tinned Tomatoes • 4 (frozen artichoke’s ) if you want • 2 medium potatoes cubes • 3 carrots sliced
How to • Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to a saucepan and brown your meant • Add your chopped onion, peas, carrots, potatoes and tinned tomatoes • Cover with water and bring to the boil then lower the heat and let is cook for approx. 2 hrs until the juices have gone (if there is a bit of juice it is ok)
